Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to AxonGPU and AxonOS services, including GPU-native compute environments, browser-accessible desktops, and related tooling. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Access

Access may be provided on a usage-based, quote-based, or token-based basis. Capacity and availability depend on hardware supply and scheduling. We may update or suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or security events.

2. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to bypass isolation, access other users’ workloads, or exploit the platform.
Do not run illegal, harmful, or privacy-invasive workloads.
Respect applicable laws, licensing terms, and export controls.

3. Billing & Payments

Billing may be hourly or quote-based, in USD or $AXGT tokens. You are responsible for charges incurred under your account, including usage-based overages or extensions. Refunds and credits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Data & Security

You retain ownership of your data and workloads. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload data you are not authorized to use.

5. Intellectual Property

AxonDAO and AxonGPU names, logos, and platform components are owned by AxonDAO or its licensors. You retain rights to your code, models, and datasets.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect platform integrity. You may stop using the service at any time.
